Bollywood's first superstar Rajesh Khanna passed away early morning on 18th July 2012; he left behind a will making his daughters as his heir and Ms Anita as the executioner of the will.
But the will was never shown to Anita neither was she considered before selling off the bungalow.
Anita was reportedly in a state of shock after learning about her childhood love's demise.
A daily reports that Advani, who was supposedly in a live-in relationship with the superstar, had sent a notice to his family asking them not to evict her from Khanna's residence Aashirwad.
Advani had claimed that she was evicted from Khanna's suburban bungalow 'Aashirwad' after his death, and had sought monthly maintenance and a three-bedroom flat in Bandra.
